Rupert Warmington is a highly experienced Fixed Income market professional with a predominant focus on global credit markets. Throughout his career he has held senior trading, director and managing director positions at institutions such as BNP Paribas, Bear Stearns, ABN AMRO, Tradeweb and SIX Group. During the earlier years of his career, he was responsible for trading institutional market-making books across several different sectors and currencies.
In more recent years Rupert has been responsible for conceiving, designing, implementing, and managing all business aspects of several successful Fixed Income trading platforms in both bonds and credit derivatives.
As Global Head of Trading, Rupert is responsible for both the fixed income and equities trading growth strategy at OPAL, as well as the execution aspects of the business.
Marc Plessier has 20 years’ experience as a MLRO and Compliance Officer, with both practical wholesale and institutional client. His particular expertise is in investment banking, corporate finance, broking, institutional sales, equity research, market-making, treasury services, money markets, foreign exchange, fixed income, emerging markets, sovereign debt, payments services, credit rating businesses.
Marc lectures on financial regulation and compliance at masters level within various European business schools and also am available to speak at corporate and professional briefings on a diverse range of regulatory subjects such as Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions & Extra-territoriality, Market Abuse, Insider Trading, Fraud, Transaction Reporting, and a variety of global and national regulatory hot topics.
Frederick Dvorak has over 30 years of international corporate finance and transaction experience across a broad array of companies, industries, and jurisdictions in developed and emerging economies.
He has worked for private and listed companies, advising their Boards and shareholders on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management and leveraged buy-outs, financing of balance sheet, assets and projects, deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence, valuation and business development, principally in the mid-cap market. In addition, he was involved in privatisations, advising governments on structure, process, and execution.
In addition to his corporate advisory services, his knowledge is sought after by blue chip institutions, where he gives lectures on corporate finance subjects.
